How to Track Your Order

Check your email – Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This email is sent to the address you provided at checkout.
Click the tracking link – The shipping confirmation email includes a direct link to track your package in real time.
Track manually – You can also copy your tracking number and enter it directly on the carrier's website:
- UPS: ups.com/track
- FedEx: fedex.com/fedextrack

Please note: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Timeline

Order Processing: 1–2 business days from the date of purchase
Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after shipment (depending on your location within the United States)
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Cost: Free standard delivery on all orders within the United States

Please have your order number ready. We will investigate the issue with our shipping department and delivery carrier and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer either:

A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
A full refund

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs for re-delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Need to change your address? Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.
